What is Live Help?
Live Help is a secured intereactive chat room that enables our customer service team to communicate with visitors. With Live Help, we can provide immediate assistance to your inquiries.

Can I place orders via Live Help and is it safe?
Yes, you can place orders with one of our customer service representatives via Live Help . Our office hour is Monday to Friday, 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. PCT. All chat conversations are SSL encrypted. You can safely send and receive sensitive information like credit card or account data.

 

How do I place orders via Live Help?
You can place orders by clicking the Live Help icon located at the top left corner of the page. A chat room will open and one of our customer representatives will help you.

 

How do I save shipping with Live Help?
We offer cheaper shipping rates to customers who order via Live Help. The orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We also ship via UPS but the rates will be higher. Please note PO Box, APO, & FPO boxes may be too small to fit certain packages. Only order weigh 1lb or less is allowed.

How to place international orders?
We accept international orders via fax, email or Live Help. You may fill in the international order form below and fax it to (909)598-1779. Before placing the orders, please e-mail us for shipping quotations. For immediate orders or shipping quotes, please contact one of our customer representatives via Live Help. Our office hour is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm US PCT.


 

What are the shipping rates / shipping methods for international orders?
We ship internationally via UPS or United States Parcel Post (USPS). For a shipping quote, please email us at sales@shop4battery.com.
For immediate orders or shipping quotes, please contact one of our customer representatives via Live Help. Our office hour is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm US PCT.


 

What are the payment options for international orders?
For Canadian customers, we accept credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard). For other countries, we accept payments via www.paypal.com or Western Union. The shipping address must match with the billing address.

 

Is drop shipment allowed?
No. Drop shipment is not allowed. We only ship to the billing address.

Rates are provided by UPS shipping software, shop4battery does not add service or handling charges. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Please refer to Livehelp ordering. Please note UPS doesn't ship to PO Box / APO / FPO address. All orders entered requesting shipping via UPS to PO Box, APO, & FPO addresses will automatically shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
