Shop4battery.com’s goal is to provide our customers with great customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days (please refer to Return of Merchandise). Most of our products carry a 365 days warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Orders and Delivery
- We will ship an order within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt.
- Order(s) received after 3:00pm PST will be completed the next business day.
- Credit card will not be charged unless we processed your order, and ship on the same day.
- On occasions, an item will be out of stock. We will attempt to contact our customer and leave a lead-time for delivery.
- All battery packs are tested at Manufacturer's facilities prior to delivery. We also check our battery packs to assure our customer gets fresh and working batteries when they received their products.
- If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, Shop4battery reserves the right to charge additional carriage costs incurred.
- Due to increases in credit card frauds involving online orders, we reserve the right to decline orders for any circumstances.

Return of Merchandise
- If any product that you purchase arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), we kindly ask you to report the matter to doa@shop4battery.com within 3 days upon arrival of package in order to get instructions on how to ship the item back to us, so we may replace it with a working product. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred for any reports made 3 days after . All refunds of products that are in working order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds for DOA do not include the shipping fee paid for the order. However, Shop4battery will reimburse return shipping for *DOA after receipt and testing of return(s).
- We do not accept returns for **primary battery unless unopened, Manufacturers Warranty covers them.
- Should you received a damaged product upon receiving of box, please contact us immediately (within 7 business days so the carrier can verify the damage and file claim against carrier) and briefly explain the situation to us. In order to protect your rights, you can refuse shipment if it is an opened box. Please contact us if you have refused your shipment.
- If you receive any item that does not match the invoice, please e-mail service@shop4battery.com within 3 days upon item arrival in order for us to fix the error. Shop4battery will pay for the shipping charges due to the error.
- You have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to return an item , which is not DOA, damage or incorrect item received. You will get a 75% to 100% refund depending on the condition of the return item. 15% restocking fee applies to any opened retail box returns, or any order placed incorrectly by the customer. Unopened retail box with no physical damage is eligible for full refund upon inspection and approval of RMA department within 30 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for any item shipped for RMA (Return Mechandise Authorization) services including replacement, exchange, and return after 30 days.
- You may only exchange return with same product only. Refund is issue back to the credit card used on that order. Prepaid orders will issue check for the refund amount.
- For any warrantied item, you may exchange or replace the product after 30 days from the purchase date. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Shop4battery warehouses for any item shipped for RMA services including replacement, exchange, and return. Product been repaired or exchanged will be shipped by manufacturer at Shop4battery’s expense. We match same shipping method as used by customer to ship the return back to Shop4battery.
- In order to return a product at Shop4battery.com, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting rma@shop4battery.com. RMA Numbers are valid for 14 days, and Shop4battery must receive return products within the 14 days. Please place RMA Number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

- Please return all products complete including all original manufacturer boxes with UPC code and packing materials, all instruction sheets and manual, warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

- Prices and specifications contained on these web pages are subject to change without notice.
- If there is an item with a errorneous price, we reserve the right to change the pricing without prior notice. If an ordered been placed with the errorneous price, we will notify the customer before processing the order and the customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
- On occasions, an item will be out of stock and the price may change when stock becomes available. Should this case occur and an order has been placed for the back order item, we will notify the customer before processing the order and the customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
- Shop4battery is not responsible for any typographical or photographical errors.
- From time to time, Shop4battery may revise company policies, subject to change without notice. Please check regarding current prices, specifications, and policies at the time of your purchase.
*DOA is short for Dead on Arrival – Please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of product(s).
**Primary batteries are non-rechargeable cells constructed with lithium, alkaline, zinc-air, and other chemistries.
