How do I create an Account?
To create an account, click on the Account/Login link located at the top of the page. Next, click on the Create Account button and you can fill in the registration form.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) for domestic orders. For international orders, we can ship either via UPS or normal mail.
Do you ship to PO BOX, APO, and FPO?
Yes. However, our on line system does not calculate shipping charge for PO BOX, APO, and FPO at this time. Shipping charge will apply to your order. Also, UPS does not ship to PO BOX, APO, and FPO. Once we verify your order, we will ship via USPS.
Do you handle international orders?
Yes. A minimum international shipping charge is USD10.00 via air (7 business days or less). Our on line system does not calculate shipping charge for international order at this time. Do you take PO's from School, Governments and Corporations?
Yes. Submit your quote request to sales@shop4battery.com or by fax to (909)598-1779.
How do I look for the item I want to buy?
You can type in the device model number or the battery SKU number in the search column. You can also find the item by selecting the categories located at the left side of the page.
When will my order ready to ship?
We will ship an order within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. Order(s) received after 3:00 pm PST will be completed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, go to Order Tracking. You need to enter you order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email) in the textbox and click the "Track This Order" button, you'll be directed to UPS website.
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?
On occasions, an item will be out of stock. We will attempt to contact our customer and leave a lead time for delivery.
Can I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price. Most of our products carry a 365 days warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
We do not accept returns for primary battery (non-rechargeable cells constructed with lithium, alkaline, zinc-air, and other chemistries) unless unopened because they are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty.
What if the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival)?
If any product that you purchase arrives DOA, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to get instructions on how to ship the item back to us, so we may replace it with a working product. All refunds of products that are in working order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not include the shipping fee paid for the order. However, Shop4battery will reimburse return shipping for DOA after receipt and testing of return(s).

How do I return a product?
Note: Please contact us immediately (within 7 business days so the carrier can verify the damage and file claim against carrier) should you received a damaged product upon receiving of box. In order to protect your rights, you can refuse shipment if it is an opened box. Please contact us if you have refused your shipment.
In order to return a product at Shop4battery.com, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting rma@shop4battery.com.
RMA Numbers are valid for 14 days, and Shop4battery must receive return products within 14 days. Please place RMA Number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
For faster RMA service, please include the following information for authorization of your return:
Customer Name & Customer Number
Invoice Number or Order Number
Item Serial Number or SKU#
The number of items being returned
Whether the product box has been opened
Brief description about nature of the problem
Please return all products complete including all original manufacturer boxes with UPC code and packing materials, all instruction sheets and manual, warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Shop4battery accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturer within 30 days.
You may only exchange return with same product only. Refund is issue back to the credit card used on that order. Prepaid orders will issue check for the refund amount.
Note: 15% restocking fee applies to any opened retail box returns, or any order placed incorrectly by the customer. Unopened retail box with no physical damage is eligible for full refund upon inspection and approval of RMA department within 30 days from date of purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Shop4battery warehouses for any item shipped for RMA services including replacement, exchange, and return. Product been repaired or exchanged within 30 days will be shipped by manufacturer at Shop4battery’s expense. We match same shipping method as used by customer to ship the return back to shop4battery.
Please note customer is fully responsible for all risk of loss and damage to product being shipped for return, replacement, or exchange. For your own protection, please insured package(s) and use carrier with proof of tracking and confirmation services. On occasions, customer may return an item that does not belong to shop4battery because it does not match our serial number. Item will be returned and request for correct item.
